The team was able to respond to an unexpected issue with the house structure without hesitation, solved the problem immediately, and kept the renovation on time. Mike and his lead project manager were able to do absolutely everything that we asked, and come up with an excellent design and technical solutions, even when we changed the details and scope of the initial work, extending it from a total kitchen renovation to re-doing most of the first floor. Additionally, Mike was completely transparent about cost (his proposal was fair and extremely competitive), the time required for the initial project, and what was required to incorporate the additional changes to the project.
